Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy (“Policy”) applies to everyone who uses Share2.io (the “Service”), operated by Gotka Technologies. It exists to keep the Service safe and trustworthy. By using the Service you agree to this Policy, which forms part of our Terms of Service.

1. Content you must not post

You may not use your profile, links, QR codes or cards to share content that:

• is illegal, or promotes illegal activity;
• infringes anyone’s intellectual property, privacy or other rights;
• is hateful, harassing, defamatory, or incites violence;
• is sexually explicit, or harmful to minors;
• is fraudulent, deceptive, or impersonates another person or business; or
• contains malware, phishing, or links to harmful sites.

2. Conduct you must not engage in

• Impersonating others or misrepresenting your identity or affiliation;
• Sending spam or unsolicited bulk messages via the Service;
• Attempting to breach, probe or disrupt the security of the Service;
• Scraping, reverse-engineering, or overloading the Service; or
• Using the Service to collect data about others without a lawful basis.

3. Your responsibility

You are responsible for the content on your profile and for ensuring you have the rights and permissions to use it. You must comply with all applicable laws, including Malaysian law.

4. Enforcement

If we believe you have breached this Policy, we may remove content, suspend or terminate your account, and where appropriate report the matter to the authorities. We may act without prior notice where necessary to protect the Service or others.

5. Reporting abuse

If you encounter a profile or content that breaches this Policy, please report it to hello@share2.io.

6. Changes

We may update this Policy from time to time. Changes take effect when posted on this page.
