This Privacy Policy explains how Gotka Technologies (“we”, “us”, “our”) collects, uses, and protects your personal data when you use Share2.io (the “Service”). We handle personal data in line with Malaysia’s Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA).

1. Information we collect

Account & profile data — name, email, phone number, company, job title, and the content you add to your profile.
Order & delivery data — items ordered, chosen design, and (for physical cards) your delivery address.
Payment data — payments are processed by Razorpay Curlec. We receive confirmation and a transaction reference, but we do not collect or store your full card details.
Usage data — basic analytics such as profile views and taps, device/browser information, and cookies (see below).

2. How we use your data

To create and operate your account, profile and QR codes;
To produce and deliver your physical card and fulfil your order;
To process payments and provide receipts;
To provide support and respond to your enquiries;
To improve and secure the Service; and
To send service-related messages, and — where you agree — updates.

3. Legal basis & consent

We process personal data with your consent and as necessary to provide the Service you request, to meet legal obligations, and for our legitimate business interests in operating Share2.io.

4. Sharing & disclosure

We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with: our payment provider (Razorpay Curlec) to process payments; delivery and printing partners to fulfil card orders; service providers who support our platform; and authorities where required by law.

5. Cookies & tracking

We use cookies and similar technologies to keep you signed in, remember preferences (such as language and theme), and understand how the Service is used. You can control cookies through your browser settings.

6. Data retention

We keep personal data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service, and thereafter only as required for legal, accounting or legitimate business purposes.

7. Security

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect personal data. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to safeguard your information.

8. Your rights

Under the PDPA you may request access to, and correction of, your personal data, and you may withdraw consent to certain processing. To exercise these rights, contact us using the details below.

Some service providers may process data outside Malaysia. Where this happens, we take steps to ensure your data remains protected.

10. Children

The Service is not directed at children under 18, and we do not knowingly collect their personal data.
