Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Share2.io website, platform, digital profiles, and physical NFC cards (together, the “Service”), provided by Gotka Technologies (“we”, “us”, “our”). By creating an account, placing an order, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility & accounts

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to use the Service. You are responsible for the information in your account and profile, for keeping your login credentials secure, and for all activity under your account.

2. The Service

The Service lets you create a digital business profile, generate QR codes and links, and order physical NFC name cards. Plans are offered on a per-account basis. Features may vary by plan and may change over time.

3. Orders, pricing & payment

Prices are shown in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). An order may consist of an annual plan (billed yearly) and an optional one-time physical card. Payment is processed securely by our payment provider, Razorpay Curlec; we do not store your full card details. By placing an order you authorise us (via our provider) to charge the total shown at checkout.

4. Subscriptions & renewal

Plans are provided for a one-year term. Unless stated otherwise at checkout, renewal terms, reminders and cancellation options will be communicated to you before any renewal charge. You may contact us to manage or cancel your plan.

5. Physical cards, production & delivery

Custom and printed cards are produced to the details and artwork you provide. Please review your name, job title, company and design selection carefully — production begins after checkout and, for custom designs, after artwork is confirmed with you. Delivery timelines are estimates and delivery is available within Malaysia unless otherwise agreed.

6. Refunds & cancellations

Because physical cards are personalised and produced to order, they are generally non-refundable once production has begun. If your order arrives damaged or defective, contact us within a reasonable period and we will arrange a replacement or remedy. Digital plan fees may be non-refundable once the plan is active. Nothing here limits rights you may have under Malaysian consumer law.

7. Acceptable use

Your use of the Service is subject to our Acceptable Use Policy. You are solely responsible for the content on your profile and must have the rights to use it.

8. Intellectual property

The Service, including its software, design, and branding, is owned by Gotka Technologies and protected by law. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Service. You retain ownership of the content you upload, and grant us the licence needed to host and display it for you.

9. Third-party services

The Service integrates third parties (for example, payment and analytics providers). Your use of those features may be subject to their terms, and we are not responsible for third-party services.

10. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and uninterrupted or error-free operation.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Gotka Technologies will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or loss of profits or data. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid to us for the Service in the 12 months before the claim.

12. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or the Acceptable Use Policy, or where required by law.

13. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with a new “last updated” date, and where appropriate we will notify you. Continued use of the Service means you accept the updated Terms.

14. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia, and you agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Malaysian courts.
